Mike Patton specifically his work on Mr Bungle and Tomohawk is incredible and really got me into genrebending and avant-garde music.

If you like new wave or don't then fuck you listen to some of the unreleased stuff oingo boingo did, especially the mystic knights era, "got your baby back" is incredibly influential and its just funny too
